WEB CONSTRUCTION OBJECTIVES
1. Rank website on the first page of Google, Yahoo!, and Bing for the search terms you provide.
2. Drive not only traffic, but qualified traffic to your website by phrasing titles and descriptions with calls to action.
3. Increase website visitor retention with incentives like articles, blogs, and forums with RSS feeds and user accounts.
4. Increase page view rates by customizing aesthetics, layout, and calls to action per user demographics.
5. Integrate Google Analytics to measure visitors.
6. Build the site in an open source platform that will allow the code behind the site to update automatically with new recommendations from the W3C and as vulnerabilities and viruses are identified.

SCOPE OF DYNAMIC CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (The services below are to be performed on all pages of the website and not just the homepage.)

1. Static Website Procedures

• Selecting and registering domain name and tagline/slogan
• www redirection for both Microsoft and Linux servers
• Up to 10 aesthetic design mockups including corporate identity/logo design
• Slicing mockup into xHTML
• Creation of up to 15 subpages
• Image and copy (text) insertion (.jpg, .gif, .png) *(does not include finding images or writing copy)
• sitemap.xml for Google and urllist.txt for Yahoo!
• Backend W3C coding: add both alt and title attributes (tags) to images & title attributes to links (anchor text) and ensure conformity with xhtml standards
• Subpage renaming with previously chosen search terms (and redirection from previous links if previous site exists)
• Google Analytics integration
• RSS feed
• Favicon creation
• Website placed in test folder for viewing and testing
• Up to three (3) revisions of completed site

2. Database-Driven (Dynamic) Website Procedures

• Same as above +
• URL display name renaming i.e. .php to .html
• Automatic Meta Tag (Attribute) creation including page titles, descriptions, and H1 tags.
• Integrating xHTML mockup into open source platform like Wordpress or OS Commerce or recoding xHTML into open source dynamic language like php
• Unlimited subpage creation
• Website made live with password to prevent search engine indexing and caching for viewing and testing

Construction costs and fee estimates are summarized at searchenginepartner.com/website-construction.html. Fees will be adjusted to actual costs accordingly. We will not incur additional hours without written prior approval. Our fees do not include modifications to the outlined services.

Maintenance above and beyond initial maintenance is not included in a website construction. Ongoing maintenance is the equivalent of having a dedicated webmaster on staff.
